No Man’s Land Foods LLC (“No Man’s Land,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates an SMS text messaging program (the “SMS Program”) through which we send recurring automated marketing and informational text messages to consumers who have opted in to receive such messages. •          Opt-out instructions (reply STOP to unsubscribe); and

Message and data rates may apply. Any charges incurred for SMS messages sent to or received from No Man’s Land are your responsibility and are determined by your wireless service provider and your individual mobile phone plan. No Man’s Land is not responsible for any fees or charges assessed by your wireless carrier in connection with messages sent through our SMS Program.

No Man’s Land is not liable for any delays in the receipt of, or any failure to deliver, any SMS messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Supported Carriers

Our SMS Program is supported on most major U.S. wireless carriers. However, coverage and service availability may vary. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers are subject to change without notice.

9. Data Use and Privacy

a. Information We Collect

In connection with our SMS Program, we may collect and maintain the following information:

•          Your mobile telephone number;

•          Your opt-in status and date of consent;

•          Records of messages sent to and received from you (messaging activity); and

•          Any information you voluntarily provide in response to our SMS messages.

b. How We Use Your Information

We use information collected through our SMS Program for the following purposes:

•          To send you the SMS messages you have consented to receive;

No Man’s Land shall not be liable for any damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from or related to your participation in the SMS Program, including but not limited to any failure or delay in message delivery.
